Schools suffer from serious crowding and lack of funding, which leads to stress and high burnout for educators and students alike.Burnout increases bullying. There are four habits that block peace. I call them four “deadbolt habits” became they lock away our potential in closets of shame. They are assuming, blaming, criticizing and disrespecting (bullying, abuse and violence). As very shy teen, Sharon Love earned the reputation as the "kid who can't even talk".
After many years of suffering from brutal, constant bullying, she had zero confidence. Passionate about learning to connect, she started researching secrets of OUTstanding Leaders such as Oprah, Obama, Ellen, Etheridge, Ghandi and Gaga. After over twenty years of researching and applying secrets of the world's outstanding leaders, she went on to inspire thousands with dynamic presentations in French, English and Spanish. Last year, she also inspired over
2 million people to join a facebook group supporting same-sex marriage, with no advertising.
An award-winning writer, she also earned a Master of Education degree in Multicultural Psychology. She worked as a teacher and then as a Psychological Consultant to the French school board in her city. She witnessed and intervened in countless instances of homophobic bullying, even in some of the most progressive schools. She knew that education, not just punishment, was the key to creating safety for all students. She searched endlessly for gay-friendly safe schools videos to show students, and couldn’t find any. That inspired PEACE You.
